Therapy is something that I believe is an invaluable tool for reflection, growth and evolution as a person. In our day to day life, it is rare that we find time to explore our inner world in a deep and meaningful way, and yet our internal perspective frames everything that we experience.

As a clinician, I bring an empathetic, understanding and gentle approach to our sessions. I also believe that therapy is a place to safely explore all avenues of human emotion and don’t shy away from incorporating humour and laughter where possible.

Each person walks their own winding path through life, accumulating layers of history unique to their experience. Exploring these individual differences and understanding how it has moulded us is something that I believe is crucial in growth and development as a human being. I aim to provide a safe and comfortable space to discuss these areas,  alongside any difficulties and challenges we may encounter in life.

In my practice I draw from various therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-informed Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, and I take a person-centred approach to ensure that each individual has their needs met.

My Areas of interest:

• Anxiety
• Depression
•Attachment and relationships
• Interpersonal difficulties
• Grief and loss
• Adjustment difficulties and life transitions
• Trauma
• Stress and motivation
• Neurodiversity
• LGBTQ+

Outside of work I am a huge lover of art and music, often dabbling in creative hobbies. You can also find me working through an ever-growing backlog of films and novels when I find the time. I also love tech and being a nerd about anything gaming-related!
