Hello, my name is Hannah.

As Co-Practice Manager here at Little Window, I bring an intention to nurture a team environment where everyone feels safe and supported to bring their authentic self to the space, while together we remain committed to delivering the best care for our clients.

I bring a gentle, steady, and personable approach aligned with the ethos of Little Window. In my role, I aim to support the practice to run smoothly and thoughtfully, while creating an environment where both clients and our team feel cared for and well supported.

I have always been deeply interested in wellbeing, mental health, and rituals that help people feel at home within themselves. This interest has grown through different paths - from completing certificates in fitness, which has expanded my understanding of the interconnection between physical and mental wellbeing, to beginning my career specialising in organisational culture and psychological safety. These experiences have shown me how wider environments and relationships can profoundly influence wellbeing at an individual level.


I am drawn to the human experience and the courage it takes to step into vulnerability, to look inward, and to embrace personal growth. This is why I feel such strong alignment with Little Window, where the warm, nurturing environment and holistic approach to client care creates space for healing, reflection, and genuine connection.

Outside of work, you’ll find me curled up in the sun reading or journalling with a matcha, walking in nature with my partner or in solitude with a podcast, or exploring new cafés and markets. I’m a simple-ritual type person and thrive on routines that keep me grounded and full of joy and gratitude.
