Hi there, I’m Ella. Thank you for taking a moment to get to know me.
Being a listening ear and empathising with other people’s stories is something I deeply cherish. I’m fascinated by the way people make meaning, even in times of struggle, and I believe this is what has led me to study psychology. Everyone should be able to embark on a mental health journey that is meaningful and resonates with them. Being able to facilitate and walk alongside individuals through this process is something that I have always been interested in.
What I admire most about Little Window is the dedication to celebrating authenticity. Being part of the Client Support Team is a fulfilling opportunity to empower each other and our exceptional therapists. It is a privilege to connect and work alongside a team who have a shared admiration for clients’ and their stories. I strive to honour clients and be a respectful avenue of support, and aim to be non-judgemental listening ear every step of the way.
Outside of the space, you’ll find me going on walks that will (most definitely) end in a coffee and sweet treat, spending time with family or with my nose in a book (my current favourite is The Secret History by Donna Tartt). I’m also a huge music lover, so my friends and I will often be at concerts supporting our favourite bands.
It takes great courage to seek support, and it is an honour to be part of those first steps at Little Window. I look forward to meeting you and being a welcoming, warm presence in your experience here.
